The Metro
This 53-unit condominium building lies at 1444 Church Street, in the heart of the newly revitalized 14th and P Street corridor. The Metro was designed by SK&I Architects, and was joint venture between SJG Properties and PN Hoffman. The seven-story development was recognized with a Residential Design Award in 2006 by the Washingtonian.
